Microsoft to ship the same Windows 7 worldwide

Microsoft will no longer ship a special cut down version of Windows 7 in Europe as previously expected. The company had been ordered to ship a version without their Internet Explorer browser due to anti-competitive laws.

Upon opening a browser Window after installation, the operating system will give the user a choice of browsers to download including their own Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox and Opera.
